ICS provides technical support during legal proceedings. ICS supports the legal counselors by streamlining document productions, coordination of experts, providing expertise in interpretation of Contract and review and organization of project records. ICS prepares position papers in support of the Client’s legal position. ICS provides efficient coordination and technical assistance in the FS §558 process.

These services include:

• Collecting Field Evidence in support or in defense of a Claim
• Processing of Collected Evidence and Preparation of Report substantiated by evidence recommending Support or rejection of claims
• Preparation of reports in support of or in rebuttal to claims
• Preparation of reports/documentation/calculations on project labor inefficiencies/losses
• Assist in preparation of Discovery requests (Interrogatories, Request to Produce and Requests for Admissions) as well as assisting attorneys in preparation of depositions
• Assist in performance of destructive testing in construction defect litigation. Coordination of Experts and Supervision of Experts’ Reports
• Coordination of notification process in the FS § 558 process
• Assist in the resolution, repairs and negotiation of engineering issues identified in the Engineer report published in connection with the FS § 558
