When the Project is nearing completion, ICS Project Team assists in the performance of all the necessary contract close out processes. ICS provides assistance in the development and implementation of close out procedures. ICS provides guidance in directing the staff and Field Engineers in performing the activities described in the close out procedure.

• Development, Implementation and Monitoring of Close Out Process
• Management of Lien Releases and Notices of Completion
• Coordination of final inspections
• Management of Project Records
